How do I get to the IBT blade ? I know my way around canon copiers, but xerox are new to me..

I got the IBT out, clean it, but I need some idea on what screws to take of to get to the blade..

    thanks

Take a picture of the other side

it should be 2 screws holding the entire assy in place
remove the 2 screws and carefully pull away
    it's been awhile since i played with a 250
