Xerox Diagnostic Navigator (WCPS)

Hello,
I have a problem installing Diagnostic Navigator (WCPS) on my DELL D600 wih OS Windows XP SP3. The latest version, which i put is 01.04.053 .With lower versions is the same. Before installing the program gave check for compatibility with Windows2000.
See the results of the photo. Loading the program in Stand Alone Mode and when I opened all the fields are empty.

After changing the computer problem is solved. The program works. Maybe the problem is in Windows.

Where and how would I be able to get a copy of that WCPS? Thank you for telling us what it took to fix the problem as well.

WCPS is installed on my computer from support department.
