Re: Looking for XEROX 5632/5638 5645/5655 and 5665/75/87 Firmware

Hello my friend. Unfortunately I have already tried to use my ALTBOOT but it does not work ! I securely can reload the nvm but not ALTBOOT program! That's why now I used the usb pendrive.
I need a method to reload the software!

    the dell'altboot version is: 20.3
I have also all serial cables but I've never done this. I wanted to be explained step-by-step where to insert the cables and what programs to use. I have tried to use the ALTBOOT but it gave me written type: #òòçòò...

    Software version is: 21.113.02.000

Do you have null modem cable?
Connect null modem cable to serial port on controller and on PC.
Also need cross over network cable.
