    Xerox Docucolor 240

    Help I have a Docucolor 240 with a error 10-320 and I can not get it cleared. I have replaced the fusing unit and when I try to enter the diagnostics 6789 confirm it just goes back to the main screen. Any ideas?????

    Andriasto if everybody here has pws there is no need to come inside this forum and ask about problems,
    For the problem and the error code 010-320 follow these and you will resolve your problem !!!

    Chears from Greece ,anyway i try to fix another similar problem ,i put a new heater roller and after some days in consumables it says replace fuser and i cant print from pc i suppose that the warning doesn't let me print from pc (copy and scan works).
    I have extend the fuser life to 500 ,change the fuser fuse but still nothing any help to my problem ? Thanks

    As you see he cant go into UI service mode. This is one reason for need the pws tool.

    Yes follow the above link try to reset hold down power save,stop + 3 and then propably you can get it , anyway do you have any suggestion to my problem ?

    Is on the fuser, also i have put 3 different old fussers and the machine is in the same state( that i change it without warning me just i make some signs to the heater roller and thats why i change them cause no good printing with marked heat roller)

    I'm very glade because the fuse is into the fuser assy but I ask again what is the FUSE state ?
    The fuse is burned or not ?
