Workcentre C35 14-110

Hi group, I have a workcentre C35 giving a fault code 14-110 "scanner needs service". Any ideas? Thanks.

There is a fault with CCD PWD.On the upper right corner of this board you can see that it has burned.I usually replace SMD Resistor with 131ohm mark on it and it works for a while.
