xerox Pro 412 scanner problem Help!

Hello everyone,
One of my client has a problem with scanner on Xerox Pro 412. After I download driver for Printer and Scanner and installed. The Printer is working fine. But, I can't make the scanner work?
when I open Scan to PC and hit scan, I can see the paper is scanning but not thing show up?
One thing I noted is his OS is XP and the driver only has 2000 & NT. But, the printer work fine? and that is only driver I found on Xerox website.

What am I missing......Please help. Thanks

This link shows a XP and a Vista driver and other downloads including the twain driver used for scanning. I believe that is a samsung machine.

Yes, this is the driver I download. It's say XP but it doesn't has XP in there. (if you download the driver and unzip, then you will see) However, I use 2000 driver for the printer and it's come out ok. But the scanner driver is not work for XP. Do you have any Idea?

I think I know the the problem. My Twain Driver is not work with XP. But this is only driver that Xerox given.
It's there any way around that I can make scanner working. Any information would be help. Thanks

I am having the same problem with my WorkeCnetreM20i.
