WC 5645 [ERROR 10-330 and 03-482]

Hello! I need help.
my problem- error 10-330 and 03-482 on WC5645.
please help! i need part number termo fusers for fuser WC 5645

10-322, 10-324, 10-325, 10-330, 10-370 Fuser Under Temperature

10-330 The initial fuser temperature rise was not achieved within 30 seconds from the start of warm up mode or the standby temperature was not reached within 150 seconds.

03-480 The IOT has detected a +24V supply fault.


Try the other fuser if not solve the problem, chk cables on LVPS 220V to Fuser Lamp

it is possible that you have a problem with LVPS (03-482, 03-480 ) see led on Borad on LVPS indicators of voltage 5v, 12v, 24v, etc

Please is anybody have NVM file for wc 5645 (*.nvb) with (ser.no.) Costumer lose floppy disk, and battery die.
I don't have on field this type .
