Switch the power off, remove the HD, switch the power on, wait until machine warming up.
Switch the power off, reinstall the HD, and switch the power on.
116-331 Invalid Log Information RAP

A log error is detected.

Procedure
Remove the HD, switch off the power, reinstall the HD, and switch on the power.
If the problem persists perform Hard Disk Diagnostic Program.
If the problem persists replace the HDD ( PL 9.2).
If the problem persists, replace the ESS PWB ( PL 9.2).
Purpose
NOTE:
HDD initialization using the UI-Diagnostic is only for Partition A.
Procedure
- Access Diagnostic Routines.
- Enter UI Diagnostics ( UI Diagnostic Mode).
- Select Sub System.
- Select Initialize Hard Disk and select Partition A.
- Press the Start button and select Yes.
- When Partition A has been initialized is displayed, select Confirm.
NOTE:
After the above procedure, Partition A will be initialized.
Thanks, I removed hdd disk and display says 016.210. How can I enter to service mode in this model, Maybe press "0" like others xerox models. thanks.
