    Service Mode WorkCentre 5665/5675/5687

    Goodday everyone.
    I am trying to work on this WorkCentre 5665/5675/5687, can someone guide me on how to access to the service mode of this machine? The machine cannot copy nor print, is there any setting that i need to set? Some setting code will be much appreciated.

    What is the error code you are getting?

    I am not getting any error code instead i got the message " Copying and Printing are unavailable " on the screen.
    Any kind of help would be appreciated.

    1. When the machine in ready, press and hold the # key, then press the Access key.
    2. Enter the PIN 1934. Touch the Enter button on the UI.

    After you enter diagnostic go to faults and post error code.

    Thank you for the post yesterday.
    I have check the fault codes and below is the fault codes :
    The most recent code is 03-320 - User Interface Data Timeout Error ( It happened 3 times )
    03-360 - Image Output Terminal : 3 Times Retry Fail ( happened once )
    03-410 - Finisher not detected at power On ( happened once )
    03-777 - SIP recovered from an uncontrolled power ( happened twice )
    By looking at these fault code, can you tell which code causes the " Copying and Printing are Unavailable " message and what is the solution?

    Probably you lost software system.

    Could be the following:
    1. LVPS (Power Supply) dead or will be
    2. too much toner contamination on the IOT pwb
    3. above in the ESS pwb

    or finisher pwb

    try to catch an oct or another finisher

    The diskette dont contain software it contain nvm configuration. That is good for you.
