Got an error 004-346 xerox wc7335
It's the IBT belt
Ordered the belt
Replaced it on xerox authorised service centre
Reinstall it
The error message remains the same
I know it needs reset
I pressed 0 for 5 seconds, + start
Typed in 6789, enter
Go to maintenance and so on
But when I click on the NVM button to reset the error
These buttons aren't accessible
Do anybody can help me ?

no, it doesn't work.
it's not in service contract with xerox.....
they charge $190 / 30 mins !
initialise NVM works
but after that,
all section is not accessible.......
What software version do you have on machine ?
Can you post here configuration report ?

I couldn't access configuration menu.....
Try this:
simultaneously press and hold the 4, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (progress bar) appears.
and after that try to access again diagnostic menu.
I tried your advise this morning
Unfortunately, it doesn't work either
It's like the machine is half locked....
Then you may try to use nvm access tool or try to reload software
How do I do that ?
