Xerox DC5000 'heat roll needs adjustment' error

hi there

My names Jamie and i'm up a certain creek without a certain implement. I can't get a xerox engineer out and my DC5000 is telling me on 'adjusting image quality' that the heat roll needs adjustment. I'm in the middle of a huge job (always the way) and was wondering if there is anything I could do. It's occured after solving the error 10-357 10-387 problem where toner had covered the sensor on at the back of the paper carriage module which i've solved but know i'm getting the heat roll adjustment error. i've tried powering down and leaving for an hour but i'm still getting it. I would be really appreciative of any help.

I thought this WAS the Xerox forum. I did a search under DC5000 heat roll adjustment and didn't get anything.

You wouldn't be a sport and point me in the general direction would you. I've got a 16ft x 3ft x 3ft paperweight downstairs!!

I presume you check the fuser circuit breaker situated at the down rear of the machine !

I've got two black link cables from the Creo and the Xerox control PC plugged into the engine. Anywhere near there?
