    Xerox docutech 6100 / P09-321

I have an account with a docutech 6100 that has a code P09-321. Processor voltace fault. Followed service manual procedures, everything checks ok. Replaced developer unit and hvps bd, still did not resolve. Diagnostic shows developer roller 1 & 2 voltages above normal. Should be 6.2 to 248vdc actual is 400vdc.

Developer roller 3 voltage should be 7.3 to 292vdc actual is 140vdc.

    Thanks,

With out looking at the machine
    1. you have a grounded developer housing look at the LVPs and see if you have a red led lit
vacume out all developer from around the unit next to the tonor hopper
    vacume the pr bed

check and replace the relays on the flip panel \
    just a starting place
