    Xerox WorkCentre 7120 Factory RESET

We have customer with this 7120 that picked up this machine from another service provider and they are having problems beyond what can be explained. We are looking to help them out by simply reseating the machine to factory settings.. Looking for either NVRAM initialization or anything that will wipe it clean as NEW. Please let me know how this can be done via Service Mode. Thanks in advance for al l your help
