I have tried to clear the fault codes but haven't been able to. I went into service mode and to Call Closeout and the only thing that shows up is the reset waste counter and reset counter. Not Faults and Last 40 faults.20130827_162947.jpg

I see not finisher is hooked up, this machine REQUIRES a finisher to be hooked up for all printing, if you do not have a finisher you can use a bypass tool. The "cleaning reports" will not print without a finisher or finisher bypass hooked up.
Did you fix the ink reservoir since the last post?
I didn't replace the ink reservoir yet. Is there any other way to clear the faults without hooking up the finisher. The finisher is another problem that is not working either.
Can somebody help with service manual for 9303? Thanks in advance.
you either sort the finisher out, or put a cheat in the back.
it will do nothing until you sort that.
what finisher you got and what's up with it?
Anyone Knows about error 092-805? I can't find nothing about this error! Thanks

As mentioned in the previous posts, you are better off purchasing a new one. There are 2 part numbers located on the 1st page of the post. Either or will work, just call around where you are to see who has it. There is a company located in Northern VA called Item Inc or NJ called The Parts Drop that has these in stock. PM me and I will send you the instructions of how to do this procedure.

Sorry about last post it pertained to the error code on the original thread. Ok here is your error code.
93-805-00 Head 3 black reservoir level sense short circuit
This is a tricky one but if your willing to tackle, by all means. I would suggest that you look at the PrintHead, the Printhead cabling or the MU heater pwba. This could be something simple as a piched wire. Was there a jam in the machine prior to this happening? What was the machine doing when it stopped to give the code 93-805-00?
Hope this helps
