    dc 3535 network controller

    hi!
    i've got such problem:
in my dc3535 something is wrong in network controller... when i'm getting into setup/network settings i can't get into protocol settings... machine writes "network controller is down"...
in machine information screen, then machine configuration, i've got message - network controller "failed"
i also can't print machine configuration, this button is inactive, may it be connected with network controller problems?
i've got dc3535 with creo spire...
    regards and thanx for help!

well in that case i think it will just be a copier as it just isn't worth the expense of a xerox engineer

Make sure the IP address on the Fiery is the same as the Copier control panel.

If you need to reload the Fiery controller, you can download the software from Xerox website and install thru the Command Workstation which is also available on the Xerox website.

Also double check the cables as these machines cables tend to loosen up.

We've had the exact same issue as you many times and we can get you set back up no problem. We also have all the software not available on the website for this machine.

Did you get your network going? We had the same problem with one of our DC3535's and turned out the network card went bad.
