010-320 error code - xerox docucolor 242 - NVM Reset Help Needed

I have gone throughthe steps to reset the nvms to 0 with no luck.
I set the chain to 744 and the function to 156 but there was no "read" button. Now what?

Um... have you tried first replacing the fusing unit?

10-320 is an overhead error.

Also, before replacing the fusing unit, check to make sure you don't have a bit of paper stuck in the fuser connector (fuser side or frame side)

If paper was found and or new fuser installed, then reset NVM 744-350 to 0.

If its not paper stuck in the connector, or the fusing unit. Check wiring for a short or open.

If still nothing found, replace Power unit (PL 11.3) and or MCU (PL 11.1) in that order.

You meant overHEAT error ya?
and yes I replaced with bran new fuser.
No paper anywhere. There is a step that it wont allow me to do is my issue,
after i enter into the adjustments menu there is no READ button to press.
