DC 252 or 700 fuser pressure adjustment

Does anyone know if it possible to decrease the fuser pressure manually? I am trying to run catalog envelopes thru a 700 and I'm getting paper wrinkle. I was told it was possible but I cant figure out how to physically separate the two rollers.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

That was very helpful thank you.

I removed the spring loaded screws form the fuser unit and toyed with the paper settings, untill the toner fused properly while not wrinkling the paper.

    [10x13 catalog envelopes]

    Thanks again

Well those fuser are made to no tweak with them are CRU's , but we are more brained the the X engineers. Try this remove the fuser check for the black lower cover and remove it, you will see 2 long spinrg loaded screws 5.5 mm head check location with cover and drill cover put it back now you can put fuser back and tweak with the adjustment easier when you get the result put the fuser appart and save for the kind of work.

    Hope this help.
