I believe you need the PWS software loaded on your laptop before the diagnostics programs will work. The PWS 11 runs on Windows 7, x86 , which is a 32 bit program. I don't think it will run on Win 7 x64.

Most of the pws tools works without pws installed. You need running gsnlock or pwslock for they to work
However some of them dont work without pws software like Lakes machine, Nuvera, iGen's ...

It's running PWS 11 on Win 7 x64 am using diagnostic driver accepted.
