Xerox 560 metered/non metered help!

Hi thank you for your attention
my machine xerox 560 (superb machine) has ended the contract
i have lots and lots of consumables but what I wasn't expecting was that the machine a the end of the contract turned automatically from metered consumables to no metered.
now the machine is dead because it doesn't accept the consumables I have.
It required a pin activation for page pack
i would appreciate if someone could give me some ideas or solutions.

This thing was happened because, when You have contract Your supplies was with metered contract type, when Your contract ended your machine has been changed to sold contract type. I think you need Contact Technical Support Center or your NTS for the CRUM conversion procedure. Only they can change contract type to neutral and when Your machine can use metered or sold contract plan supplies.

i don't think they will give me a code to put the machine neutral they
want 1500€ for renewing contract.
but I'm afraid that in one year time the problem will happen again
i don't want a contract I have lots of consumables but they are metered.
Last chance will be buying chips for non metered toner.
i was hopping for a nvm solution or something.

The chips solutions is the proper one at this time.
You can use also the sold type consumables for 550 / 560 machine
You also need to find someone to servicing your machine. For Europe zone if you do a NVM init or reload the machine software you need the PIN activation code and that you will be obtain only from Xerox.

i have a xerox 240 and a 250 both in top condition I do the servicing for quite sometime now
but the xerox 560 I have bought used, is superior in some jobs and I have some jobs that
can only be printed on the 560
Until now the only thing that I've been afraid is a software problem on my machines
mechanical I can handle but software such as this one (machine automatically switched from metered to
non metered toners and maybe drums), is giving me quite a challenge.
One more question to buy chips, anyone knows a good supplier
I know rechargestore, AAAtoner....

Hi, I have the same problem with my XEROX J75 color press... Can someone describe to me the procedure to be able to reset the PAGE PACK PIN and get the machine working again without codes?
