    Xerox M35

Got urgent problem with one M35. Copy from platen glass is fine, but from ADF is dark (black background). I have cleaned optics, changed complete scanner as well as Image Processor PWB, problem persists. Print is perfectly fine.

Any ideas what could be the problem ?

    Software is upgraded as well.

    Thanks.

Tried it, no visible changes whatsoever. However, its problem with scanner, the one I tried was also faulty as well.

I presume that you clean all mirrors and scanner lamp.

It's a problem with CCD PWB from scanner. This board is faulty. If you are lucky men you'll find a rezistor burnt in the corner of the ccd pwb. If not you need to change the scanner or ( hard work ) the ccd pwb.

Yes, I thought it might be the problem. I tried another complete scanner, but apparently CCD PWB on that one was faulty too.

I ordered a new scanner and waiting for it. Thanks for everyones help.
