Xerox Copy Centre 275 CUI interface PWB

After replacement of CUI interface PWB and reloading of software, machine started but Machine Info and Job Info buttons do not work. Now according to Parts List I ordered 960K41444 but I received 960K41434 and that's the one with 2 buttons not working.

What I'm not sure about is, if this is compatibility problem, or software upgrade problem or simply UI PWB is in defect.

Any particular ideas how to test this further ?

Test the push buttons. Also there is the machine UI test who test all buttons. Read the manual.
