Xerox WC7675 Need help with turning off audio tones and/or reset admin password.

Greetings. Working on a WC7675 but the administrator password is unknown and the audio tones are accessed through the tools>system settings>common service settings. Or perhaps there is a way to turn off the audio through the CE or UI mode? I don't have a pws for this model. I have the service manual, but it is not helpful for this issue. Thanks!!

What software version is on the machine ?

Try to login from device's web page.
Use IP to bring up web UI and select the Properties tab.
Try with default username and password (default username is admin and default password is 1111).

You can use WCPP Diagnostic Navigator software, execute DC327 routine and that will reset your admin passwd at default.
Or you can reload software using altboot method.

Thanks adriansto, but I do not have WCPP Navigator software or system software. Do I need a PWS to run the WCPP Navigator software, or can I use a regular windows laptop?
Also, for this model, can I do a forced altboot upgrade using a USB drive?
Either way, I need to get the software. Any ideas where I can acquire it? Thanks!!
