    nuvera 120

Had to move our nuvera 120 across building. disconnected everything plugged everything back in just like it was. I am getting a MFF-12-9080 error. The elevator go down then back up and the sticher fires. then the fault sets.

This is what the error log says.

The main elevator up fault. The main elevator motor encoder is below 100 pulse per msec

Main upper tray limit switch sw51 or the crash bar switch sw53 is active when the tray is moving.

    Can someone help Please.

Is there anyplace you can buy a service manual for this thing?

    Thanks, Don

In the service Diag is there something I am missing? I can test sensors but when I try to activate motors they don't turn on??? I am trying to run the stacker tray all the way down. It moves down the back up at start up but the gives me error.

    Re: nuvera 120

Doing some more research I can't get M51 to turn on from maintenance. I know the motor turns on because when you open and close the door it goes down then back up when not in maintenance. I have checked every sensor encoder and switch everything in maintenance gives changes. Really dumb founded.

If I unplug SW53 (main tray jam switch) open door close, the main tray will not go up and down (I get mmf-12-2309 when I do this) so I know that switch is working because if I plug it back in the tray goes down then back up then I get a mff-12-2319 error.

Any one ever seen this add problem.

    Re: nuvera 120

Ok it looks like the fact that I have MFF-12-2319 code it will not allow the motor m51 to turn on even in maintenance. I set a new code every time I click on start motor up or down. IT has something to do with MFF-12-2319 error but can't figure it out when all sensors and switches work.. Even the encoder on the motor. The 2319 error trouble shooting takes you to 2309 error. No luck with that
