    2400dpi on workcentre 7775

good day, looking to see where can i get my 7775 to print at 2400 dpi, in the printer settings itself it doesn't give me an option above 1200, on the fiery command workstation > device centre > color setup, the output profile maximum is saying fiery workcetenter 7700 mfp [1200dpi] this printer is supposed to print 2400 dpi max, any suggestions to where to go to configure or get this 2400??

Let the ROS assy as it is if you dont want to broke the machine.
The machine put 600 dots per inch on every color drum.
So, when you print full color you have a maximum of 2400 dots per inch.
If you have external EFI controller there is a enhancement up to 1200 dots per inch on every drum but this is not true physical dots , is interpolated dots.

ok if what i am reading is correct, me getting the option of only 1200 dpi means that maybe the ROS assy is only outputing 300dpi per drum at maximum and not the 600 at maximum, because in my printed configuration it's saying that my Output profile is: Fiery WorkCentre 7700 MFP [1200 dpi v1F, can i install as workcentre 7000, [2400 dpi] if there is any? or is this telling me that the printer is saying the maximum resolution now is 1200 dpi? I am trying to see if this is a fiery controller output profile problem, or a printer problem. Where can i check in the printer to see if it can go to 2400??

Sorry but you dont understood nothing.
Google it and read about how the digital printer works and how the printers put the image on paper.
