Any clever Xerox techs out there who might have ideas about...
DC252 with half a mil copies - mainly SRA3 I believe
So it prints A3 and A4 all day long - no jamming, no issues
When I load SRA3 however it always jams just as it exits the machine - I have removed the finisher. Same place every time.
I have triple checked the pathway and there is nothing jamming it - I can gently pull the entire sheet through the fuser and it comes out sweetly
Machine is set to print SRA3 correctly. Tried different weights, same issue
So, I monitored it again today and noticed that with A3 and A4, the rollers at the paper exit switch on to pull the paper through the machine but with SRA3 they don't. Is there a sensor somewhere that might need cleaning/replacing
When the machine arrived it had quite a bit of loose toner flying around from transportation - cleaned most of it but it could be that a sensor has picked up some dirt/dust but it would have to be specific to SRA3
Please, any ideas??
Thanks

Thanks, I'll take a look at the schematics and try and find a part number.
Is this something that would be specific to SRA3 - as I said, the rollers work fine on A3/A4

005K07230 clutch assy exit
There is no anything specific for SRA3 paper.
It could be only paper weight.
Clutch do not have enough friction for heavy weight papers.

Ahh, when I run A3/A4 I can see the rollers start up and spin just before the paper exits. I tested with up to 300gsm A3
When I run SRA3 they never even move even a fraction before the paper 'jams'.
If I pull the 'jammed' paper it slides right out.
