    is this a good buy

    good day, have somebody interested in selling me a xerox 700, with 4.7 Million Impressions. was wondering what's the usual lifespan.... is 4.7 million impression a good machine to buy or try look for a machine with less use. was told that It has new transfer belt, fusers, drums, rollers, and a host of other things.

    Depends on the price and how the machine looks as well as maintenance logs

    Be cautious buying wholesale it may be more work than you want.

    I have seen them upwards of 20 mil. I currently run a 770 with 4mil. Needed a days worth of work to get it up and printing good, but it works great!

    If your a good car mechanic you can buy a classic car that needs work, other wise you would be better buying one that someone else has already done the restoration.
