If this is intermitent fault try to reduce the the force of the eject spring. This sometimes overloading the eject motor.
If fault appear all time try output finisher nvm init.

The problem can be due to poor drive from the eject clamp clutch. The original bracket that holds the clamp clutch shaft in place had very little support and allowed clutch on the shaft to bend away from the drive gear. A temporary fix is to bend it back toward the drive gear but there is a new style bracket available that extends the bottom of the bracket so that it rests on a frame piece not allowing it to move away. Part # 655N00407. There is also a lighter duty eject spring you can install that also helps, part # 655N00456. Another place to check is the pinch roller cam. Make sure the spring is not broken and check the bushing behind the cam is not worn. If worn, replace the plastic bushing with a brass bushing. (don't know the part # from memory but can get it for you if needed)
