    Xerox DC250 Printing Defect

    Hi Guys,

This seems to be happening to me every 6 to 10 prints, its on 120gsm Colotech Gloss Coated Paper.
Has anyone ever had the same problem or have advice on how to solve this. Image of defect below.

I've seen this on DC 12, but never on DC 250.
Looks like you have missing piece from belt.

I could get 5 prints perfect then the 6th would have the defect, could that still be the belt? And only on coated paper

If the missing part of the image has the same shape the you must check for a piece of paper or something else in the belt area. Unscrew two bolts, pull out the IBT drawer and check. Also check in the 2nd BTR area.
If you dont find anything the try to change the paper stock.
