    found a blown fuse of 30mA, on the fuser, i replaced but keeps blowing , any help ?

      The Fuser Assembly Thermostat is broken.
      NOTE:
      When turning the power OFF, turn OFF the Power Switch first and then the Main Power Switch.

      • Turn the power OFF and remove the Fuser Assembly. The Drawer Connector between the Fuser Assembly and the Main Unit ( P/DJ600) for broken/bent pins, foreign substances, burns, and etc.
      • Check whether the MCU PWB connector J431 is connected properly.

      Measure the resistance between P600 pin-A11 and P600 pin-B9.
      Is the resistance infinite? Yes No Unanswered
      Check the following connections for open circuits, short circuits, and poor contacts.


      If no problems are found, replace the MCU PWB.




      Replace the Fuser Assembly ( PL 7.1).

    xerox WC 7835i "fuser system error"

    Hi Techs, I have the same error on a Xerox WorkCentre 7835i, the machine in the middle of printing and displayed the fuser system error accompanied by errors below 310.382.200, 377.901.00, 310.330.00, 310.370.00
    Help me to resolve this.

    after fix the fuser roll, see the attach and reset the fault in NVM 744-001 to 0

    I replaced the fuser assembly with a new one and changed the NVM 744 001 to 0 the fuser error still appears
    310.372.00 still appears on the fault history.

    Check again if 744-001 nvm is set to zero
    Check the connector from machine in which the fuser connector enter - pj6000
    Check connector pj 431 from MCU pwb.

    The NVM´s are Corrupt, Initialize the NVM "Print Engine"
    if the machines up in "non-costumer mode"
    go to NVM read and write change the "616-014 to 4" or "2 "if you want to setting up the time, date and language!!!!
