    Question Xerox 7120

    Hi. I have problem with machine WC 7120.
    We replace Fuser, transfer belt, 4 drums and black toner unit and after ...
    Machine is doing weak,poor copies from one side. When I print something, its not visible a yet on colors ... however on the copies is really visible - the lower the more doing wrong.. colors are not good
    We clean machine, optic and do calibration..
    Any ideas how to resolve that problem?

    In attachemnts i add sample scan ... jpeg are copies, in pdf are pint..

    Can u help me resolve that problem.

    You need to make a hard stop to see where the problem is taking place. My first thought looking at the samples was transfer. Have you replaced the 2nd BTR ?
    Do a hard stop so that the image is still on the transfer belt and see if it looks bad there.

    transfer belt/fuser was changed to new one orginnal (on old Transfer problem are same)... and 2nd BTR is not replaced but i installed it vice-versa to see if is it... and problem are still alive...

    I don't know how much this will help, but if the problem started right after you replaced the drums the drums could be bad. I've never seen that happen on Xerox equipment yet, but I beat my brains out over a problem like this on another manufacturer's equipment a while back. Turned out in that case the drums got cooked in the burning summer sun during storage or transport, or something like that anyway.
    Exok suggested a hard stop to see what is happening, you should do that.

    Use admin menu.
    There is callibration procedure
    Select copy and print calibration ( NONE )
    Folow the procedure on UI
    This is normal procedure when you change drums
