Xerographic Error

I have the workcentre pro c3545, and it wont print. It displays message saying xerographic error. The fault code is 09.548.00. After te error displayed, I noticed that the black toner was empty and the color was low, so I replaced all of the toner drums. I resetted the printer by turning it on and of, but still gets the same error. Can anyone please help me with this code. Cant find it anywhere, not even on the code search box. Im open to all brainstorming ideas, I really need this copier to work, and I cannot afford an engineer to fix it.

What does xerographic error means?

It can mean many things. Some error code on machine display ?
For this machine type you need diagnostic software for know what is wrong.
