I have a xerox document Centre 340 ST, the machine shows me that the machine not ready to copy, I am not familiar with xerox any help would be appreciated.

you have three gray button on right side of touch screen.
press the lower one and then go to faults tab to see which fault code you have.
only then you can get some help

hi if you finisher slide out open the left cover & check the fuser roll if it is hot or not if not you have to reset the machine via entering diag #11
