xerox phaser 4510 blank pages

have one of these that was calling for toner, replaced tonernand got a laser error, replaced laser and hvps and ran for about a week and now has blank pages, just replaced image process formatter and still nothing. i can hear the laser wind up but no image. any ideas?

I would pull the laser unit out and reseat everything. It could be the laser is not turning on but the polygon mirror motor is spinning (the noise you hear).

Double check bias contacts on right side guide assy for any deformations ect..

Is there an image on the drum if you crash the machine?
