Can't get the 5325 to scan to usb for client. Says 116-324 error when we try after it tries to read thumb drive.
Is there a specific drive we must tell them to use?

You can try FAT32 formatted empty non-system flash drive. If the problem still persist than you can try the next:
1. Try to pull out and reinstall all DIMMs (system memory and page memory). It must be done while machine powered off of course.
2. If the problem not goes away you can try to do Delete All Data procedure. Go to Maintenance / Diagnostics > Delete All Data > Start. The machine will restart.
