xerox 252 not printing cyan anymore

    Hi everyone,
I just changed the MOB sensor on my xerox 252 due to a faulty misregistration problem, and now the machine does not print cyan anymore.
Is this related to the MOB sensor? Registration is perfect now, but I still get all NEG on regisrtation procedures. How is that possible?
Any idea about the problem with the missing cyan.
By the way, I changed IBT belt and put new cyan drum, still same problem.
your Help is very much Appreciated.

    1. Enter the Diagnostic Mode. Refer to Entering PWS Diagnostic mode.
    2. Select dC675 from the DC Quick menu.
    3. Select Start.

You must check IBT frame (inside ibt belt), because your problem start when you replace ibt belt.
    Check 1st BTR.

Re: xerox 252 not printing cyan anymore

First step is to go into sevice mode and choose cyan 50% test print on A3 format.
Select execute then panic stop the machine while printing the test.
Open the drums drawer and check if there are cyan toner on cyan drum.
If exist then go to the ibt and check for btr1.
If no toner at all on cyan drum then the problem can be from defective cyan drum, defective developer unit or lack of voltage on dev unit.
In the worst scenario there is a problem with cyan ( laser unit ) ROS

There is no cyan toner on cyan drum.
i have already changed the cyan drum and the cyan developer housing from another machine.
so the only thing left to check is the lack of voltage on the developer unit.
    how do I check that?
