    DCII 3000

I have a DocuCenter II 3000 out of town.
They can't print to the machine, no copy operation.
The customer informs me the fax and scan operations working fine.

I believe the machine is still metered though just out of contract.

I beleive the toner is OEM so it should be ok.

Any ideas before I hit the road?

I can't get manuals or PWS software for these models. The customer was unaware of any error code.
I'm feeling an out of limit counter or something like that. ITB, fuser, primary tranfer?

I'm not trained on that machine yet, but based on your initial take I'd bring along a drum for the unit if that was reasonable.
The reason for that is because the scanning portion of the machine works, but the print engine doesn't.

Okay.... we're back from our short excusion....

The service code on the display is : 010-333. Got a sneaky supicion it's a fuser code.
The fuser is a bit on the? Can I reset the counter and push the fuser till I get a replacement?

Wish I had a darn service manual. Could have saved me a trip....

No manuals make the brand slower/harder to fix and the customer buys another brand. This customer has already done that for one of their departments.

Fuser issue mate, most 010 codes are fuser related.
