xerox display copy unavailable

Hello
Probleam with Xerox DC 2240.
The IBT belt was damaged and i have changed it , correctly.
The IBT belt assembly is fine , once i have checked it in another similar printer.
Now when i power on the copier , after a litle time i listen the same noise then when the printer is disconected (power off)
When the display appears, i can see COPY UNAVAILABLE , scan available and message call sevice.
I can`t enter the Diagnostic mode.
The BELT from the IBT belt assembly dont moove in the process.
Connecting to the PWS in the SERVICE ENTRY (DC100) i can read in red colour - 004-346 IOT BELT HOME FAULT.
All the counters are under the trehsold limit.
One opinion i got is the board that control the motors is damaged.

u can try MCu board but follow edoc how to reinstall mcu in procedure fail to do that cause ur mc down.matching serial eprom is very important step.

I am a final user and not a Technicien , and really i did not understood what you means.
I have read we must take special cares when changing the MCU board !!
What did you means with , EDOC and SERIAL EPROM ?
If possible can you explain , avoiding technical words , what i can do ?

Edoc is the service manual tech use to repair copier.
But also for this machine is available the service manual in pdf format.
You need to purchase service manual and follow the service procedures to check why the ibt dont rotate.
Bad motor, broken gears, lack of tension, etc.
If you wont do that is time to place a call to service tech.

Same time ago , the fan was damaged and i had the same probleam - when i power ON the printer after 3/4 seconds the printer also disconected, and in the PWS the error code mantain .

Maybe the copier don´t detect the IBT belt assembly , once before change the belt the printer had any probleam.

In fact i have the SEVICE MANUAL .
In my country to have assistance from Xerox we need to have an assistance agreement
