Office Depot has set its annual shareholders meeting for 9 a.m. July 13 - the first after a majority voted for a merger with rival Staples that never happened due to the federal government's challenge. Shareholders of record as of June 9 are expected to vote on re-electing Office Depot's slate of 10 directors and approving Deloitte & Touche as the independent accounting firm, according to the company's SEC filing on Monday.
