Dr. Su joined Freescale in 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, leading the company's Technology Solutions Organization and driving the company's technical roadmap and research and development activities. She replaces Lynelle McKay, the prior general manager, who recently announced her departure from the company.
