    Fitch Affirms Denver Urban Renewal Auth's (Colorado) Sr. Tax Increment Bonds 'BBB'; O

    In the course of routine surveillance, Fitch Ratings affirms its 'BBB' rating on Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA, or the authority), Colorado's Stapleton senior tax increment revenue bonds, as follows.--$79 million series 2008A-1; --$107 million series 2008A-2.The bonds are obligations of DURA and secured by a senior pledge on incremental property and sales tax revenues collected only within the Stapleton redevelopment area (Stapleton).
