Every time i do a big job on this customers ricoh 1045 toner builds up on the operating side of the drum, But when i do a small copy job maybe 10 copies or less, the toner clears off the drum from the big job and leaves no toner on the drum. The drum and the drum blade are brand new out of the box. Also (nothing to do with the problem) the 1045 has new developer, new fuser roller and pressure roller.
