The company stated in a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it received clearance from the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China on June 10 to go through with the $6.3 acquisition. So far, the Boca Raton-based office supply retailer has received approval from the Commerce Commission of New Zealand as well.
