we worked it a few years ago. the day consisted of 4 guys doing calls on 2 machines at the only 2 accounts that were open. the other ten of us hung out at the office and watched the dispatcher try to call all of our closed accounts to find someone that was open. we probably spent $500 on gas for the company cars and another $20 on coffee, sugar, and fake creamer before he told us all to go home. That was the last time we worked the friday after turkey-day.
