Listen idiot,if you are going to quote numbers how about trying to get them right. The actual number as of 23:00 GMT is 76,868. Of those 26,365 are in the liberal Democrat ran state of New York. That is more than 1 in 3 but New York does not comprise one third of the US population.

I quoted this mornings number. Since then sadly, approx 3,000 people died in the USA today from COVID-19. Some were Republicans, some were Democrats, some were independents, some were illegals, some were rich, some were poor, some were gay,some were bigots, some were racists, some were LGBTQ, some were smart, some were stupid, some were cranky old farts and some had bad manners, just like you. COVID-19 does not care about political beliefs.

Actually the FBI, Federal Bureau of Investigation, investigates and in some cases arrests. The various Federal Attorneys offices further the investigation and does the prosecution. Both are part of the Justice Department and fall under the direction of the Attorney General, currently William Barr.
