those phones were supposed to go to government and military... after they found the "backdoors" into the phone... the Government ( Obamas put the purchase on hold) Trump then had Sessions investigate and found the ties to the Obama deal in that and shut it down.
NOW they want to save the company just not offer them any US Government contracts.
