I have been working for a long time for a company that is an authorized Ricoh dealer and I have several color certificates and black and white photocopiers.The account I had for My Ricoh site is no longer because I was connected to the company I worked in. I want to start my own business by selling and servicing Ricoh photocopiers, but I do not know how and to whom I can address again to receive a service account. Does anyone know who to address to be able to get all the privileges of Ricoh as Their service and distributor.The company is located in Macedonia and any information and contact address from Ricoh Europe will be welcomed.
