Please, do any repairs with the circuit breakers off; I know, you are way above this simple safety procedure.

I had a similar issue years back.

A really strong wind pushed a heavy rain into a roof vent, dripped into the attic space, and ruined the ceiling drywall below it.

Happened only that one time, and was almost 25 years ago.

Turn off the breaker? That's an extra step to take while I am working on electrical issues in a tropical downpour. Why that's a minute of my life I'll never get back. Oh wait, I think I see some irony there.

Well, my town is an island again. Took me an hour to get out. Flash floods warnings, nothing going on at work, going back home before the last road washes out. Lost my wi fi at house, glad I got dish Network, all other cable has been down for days.

MICRO MANAGE according to them is the wave of the future... yeah UNLESS you have been doing this for 31+ years and NEITHER one of them can do my job.

since starting HERE 5 years ago... they have pushed out the OP MGR... one office manager and 2 ladies training for receptionist ... and ABOUT to lose their ONLY tech that holds ALL certs for ANYTHING they sell and service.
