I think this is the same customer that tried to load toner in one of my machines !!!!

...well the instructions never told me when to actually "open" the cartridge so I figured I would use a dremil tool to cut the end off of it and just pour the toner into the hole on top of the machine...

...What do you mean that's not how it works...
