If you are using your t-shirt pulled up over your nose there might trap sufficient CO2 for that to be possible. Using a proper N95, surgical, dust or other breathing mask there is very little space under it for any significant amount of CO2 to be retained compared to the capacity of most lungs.

I go out every day without a mask for my 2 mile walks but when I go to the food store I wear a mask its not a huge burden folks and it makes others feel safer as well whats wrong with that ?

Nothing wrong here. I also wear mask when working at customer office, just to protect them and make them feel my presence more safe.

The "Real" ruling class are scared sh!tless of waking the sleeping giant.
99% of people are seriously walking around awake but obliviously sound asleep.
Most people I converse with have a difficult time factualising the true concept of money.
To adjust to the fact that money is an illusion created out of thin air by an accounting entry on a escrow(bank) computer has many people laughing in amusement.

The above single concept alone triggers additional waves of awaking to the mass of the Sleeping Giant.
There are multitudes more concepts to waking people up from out of "The Matrix"...

COVID-19 virus size is .125 micron... the best that the N95 ( best mask) can filter out is .300 microns.

you are wasting your money on disposable masks.

They may not filter the SARS-CoV-2 but it will filter the moisture droplets that the virus uses as a vector. They also make they people around you feel safer.

I am in new york and have no choice but to wear a mask as it is LAW now.
It is a pain to get use to but like anything becomes routine.
I am not a doctor nor scientist so i rather be on the safer side and feel it also shows one
has respect for those one comes in contact with..
I really would like to see some easing of buisnesses especially the good Asian foot massage places...........
