I have mentioned time n time again... Trump PRE PAID his taxes to the tune of 5.4 million dollars. He is giving back his salary.

That would be unconstitutional. Many mayors/governors (mainly dems) have felt the slew of lawsuits on them and the mandates have been put on hold.

The difference that in the USA there is no "panel" that makes the decision on when to pull the plug. That's the doctor's decision.

It is done by means of quarterly estimates returns. Noted Democrats such as Warren Buffett and Michael Moore pay the lions share of their taxes through quarterly estimate returns.
